When a property is foreclosed, lending institutions often require Occupancy Verification Inspections. In essence, banks must confirm that inhabitants have vacated the foreclosed home and are not squatting.


This contains images and a full description of the property and its surroundings, as well as information on whether the property is occupied, abandoned, in disrepair, or in violation of local ordinances.
